You can just buy it as is, and it would be up and functioning as soon as it is brought to your place of business. Of course you'll save a stack of money as well. Why expend the funds for brand new materials and products when you can obtain them for literally pennies on the dollar? You want the top equipment, but there's no reason you cannot obtain a deal on it as well.
